The first fifteen premium products include several important categories of Japanese ingredients - salt (3 varieties), miso (3 varieties), shoyu (soy sauce), mirin (sweet rice wine for cooking), and vinegar (2 varieties). There are four very distinctive tea products - blended Japanese teas (3 varieties), special matcha green tea powder for baking. Two very special products are ultra-pure arrowroot starch and genuine Japanese-produced wagyu (Japanese beef).
